Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our household energy storage (residential BESS) business in Thailand. This role focuses on developing strategic key accounts, driving sales growth, and establishing Tianneng's brand presence in the fast-growing Southeast Asian renewable energy market.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting our advanced household storage solutions (integrated with solar PV systems) to distributors, installers, EPC companies, and large clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and expansion of the household energy storage business in assigned countries (primarily Thailand, with opportunities in Philippines and Indonesia).
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, identify and cultivate key accounts, and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Promote the company's new products, technologies, and solutions in the local market, providing tailored technical and commercial proposals.
  • Set, break down, and achieve ambitious sales targets; monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent and enhance Tianneng's brand image through participation in local industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree (or higher) in any field.
  • Experience: 5–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) / household energy storage / inverter sector, with a strong track record in managing key accounts and large clients.
  • Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or English is preferred. Additional local language skills (Thai) would be a strong advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong ability in customer development, solution selling, and closing deals.
    • Goal-oriented with solid target management and project follow-up capabilities.
    • High self-motivation, passion for sales, and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.
