Sales Manager – Southeast Asia (Thailand)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and distributor management for our industrial coding, marking, and automation equipment (laser marking, inkjet printing systems) across Thailand and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia).
This is a new position in our expanding Bangkok team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing the distributor network in the region. The role offers significant growth opportunities in a market where the company already has established subsidiaries, offices, and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales of laser marking, inkjet printing equipment, accessories, and automation solutions in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts and major customers in the region.
- Recruit, develop, and support distributors and channel partners across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Conduct regular customer visits, maintain excellent relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve annual and monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and deliver successful project cases.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local teams to deliver solutions effectively.
Requirements

Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the FMCG industry (equipment, accessories, automation, vision systems, etc.).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in laser marking or inkjet printing equipment (preferred).
- Prior experience handling brands such as Videojet, Domino, Markem-Imaje, or Hitachi is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering successful sales projects.
What We Offer
- Total Compensation Package: 950 000 – 1 900 000 THB/year (depending on experience and performance)
- Commission: Sales commission of 1–4%
- Performance Evaluation: Based on annual sales targets (broken down monthly)
