Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager (Heat Pump) to join our growing team in France. You will play a key role in expanding our heat pump business in the French and European markets by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities to build a robust and value-focused sales pipeline in the heat pump sector.
  • Manage the entire sales process end-to-end: from lead qualification and value proposition development to negotiation and successful contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all opportunities and closing forecasts reflect realistic projected value.
  • Collaborate closely with the international sales team to foster a high-performance culture focused on collective success and long-term client value creation.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to clearly articulate the unique value propositions of our heat pump solutions.

What Experience We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales and client development experience, preferably in heat pumps, HVAC, renewable energy, or related technical products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Strong French language skills (fluent in spoken and written) and basic spoken and written English.
  • Breakthrough thinking, courage to challenge conventions, and a non-traditional, innovative approach to sales.
  • High level of ambition, positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating with multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site (remote work is not standard; exceptional cases may be considered for outstanding candidates).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: €3,500 – €6,000 per month (gross).
  • Permanent employment contract (CDI) under French law.
