Key Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to drive business growth for our two/three-wheeler lead-acid and lithium battery products in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in these dynamic markets, building strong relationships with major clients, and achieving sales targets in the fast-growing two/three-wheeler battery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the two/three-wheeler lead-acid and lithium battery business in the assigned countries (Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh).
- Formulate and execute effective customer development strategies to acquire and grow key accounts.
- Promote the company's new products and technologies in the local market.
- Set, break down, and implement sales targets to ensure business objectives are met.
- Establish and maintain the company's brand image and reputation in the target countries.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred (both genders welcome, female candidates preferred).
- College diploma or higher education; major is not restricted.
- 5-6 years of proven B2B key account sales experience in two/three-wheeler lead-acid and lithium battery products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-providing skills, with strong ability in target management and customer development.
- Proactive, passionate about sales, and able to work under pressure.
